The whole steel frame is stable and beautiful, and the welding ear action is completed by servo drive, so that the welding ear process is stable and efficient, and the power of each section is independent servo drive, making the machine more accurate and stable.
Equipment features:
A. All steel frame structure. The machine frame is made of steel plate with a thickness of 14mm, which has small vibration during high-speed operation and more stable operation of the equipment.
B. Sponge strip function. You can configure the sponge bar function to post sponge bars online.
C. Ultrasonic system. The powerful ultrasonic system makes the machine still solidly welded and the pattern clear when running at high speed.
